Phosphor Bronze Rod Composition

Phosphor bronze is an alloy made of copper, zinc, tin, phosphorus and other elements. Its composition table is as follows:

l Copper: 85% - 95%

l Zinc: 5% - 15%

l Tin: 0.2% - 0.8%

l Phosphorus: 0.01% - 0.35%

The anti-corrosion phosphor bronze rod has excellent corrosion resistance, especially performing outstandingly in dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and fatty acid environments. Its corrosion rate is lower than 0.1mm/year in dilute sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the surface condition remains stable in the fatty acid environment.
