The high-hardness C18150 chromium-zirconium copper plate has high strength and hardness, good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, as well as excellent wear resistance. After aging treatment, its hardness, strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity all increase, and it is easy to weld. It is used for motor rectifiers, spot welders, seam welders, butt welders, welding electrodes for other parts with high-temperature requirements, and parts with strength, hardness, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. The high-hardness C18150 chromium-zirconium copper plate can be used to make electro-discharge electrodes, which can produce a relatively ideal mirror surface. At the same time, it has good rigidity and can achieve effects that pure red copper cannot reach, such as thinning sheets.
